The 2009 Avon Tyres Caterham Superlight R300 Championship is a new series for the all-new Superlight R300 race car, bridging the performance gap between the road-based Roadsport-A and current Superlight race car -  Click here to view Caterham R300 information.

The Caterham Superlight R300 is available to order now for delivery in summer '08, to enable competitors to build and start testing in preparation for the '09 season:

- All double-header rounds - 30 minute races - 170bhp and 500kg - 6 speed gearbox and limited slip differential - 0-60mph in 4 seconds - Full race specification

The Caterham Superlight R300 is also eligible for the Pan-European Caterham Eurocup series, that visits top European circuits which have included Spa-Francorchamps, Nurburgring, Monza and Estoril.
